Execution: They wanted to reward employees for every 5 years of employment. Previously they had used a catalogue of merchandise. Recipients and HR were frustrated with this program, because many of the products were out of stock, or took too long to arrive. We gave them a simple program with Visa Prepaid cards that can be used everywhere and be issued instantly. Employees could buy whatever they wanted.
Results: Research with staff confirmed that Prepaid cards were the preferred service award
